MUSASHI BCAA capsules provides 600mg of Branched Chain Amino Acids in a 2 -1 -1 ratio to support muscle protein stores and assist muscle growth during exercise. It also assists with muscle protein synthesis following workouts or training. Branched chain amino acids are essential Amino Acids and can only be obtained from diet or supplementation. 
Directions

Adults - Take 2-3 capsules before exercise and 2-3 capsules after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

    Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) are a group of three essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These amino acids are considered "essential" because the body cannot produce them on its own and must obtain them from the diet. BCAAs help with muscle protein synthesis, energy during exercise, and reduce delayed-onset muscle soreness and fatigue. These essential amino acids can be found in foods like chicken, beef, salmon, and eggs.
