Who is eligible to enter the Musashi White Chocolate Promotion?

The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who purchase any box of Musashi's new white chocolate bars on the official Musashi website during the promotional period.

What products qualify for entry into the promotion?

To qualify, you must purchase any of the following Musashi white chocolate bars during the promotional period:

  • Musashi Crisp in White Choc Salted Caramel
  • Musashi Wafer in White Choc Caramel
  • Musashi High Protein in White Choc Lemon Cheesecake
How do I enter the promotion?

Entries are automatically generated when you purchase a qualifying box of Musashi white chocolate bars on the official Musashi website during the promotional period (10:00AM 31st March to 10:00AM 1st May 2025).
What is the prize and how many winners will there be?

Three (3) winners will each receive a $300.00 AUD store credit for Musashi.com.

How and when will the winners be chosen?

The winners will be selected by a random draw by 7th May 2025. Winners will be notified by email by 8th May 2025 and their names will be published on www.musashi.com.au.
What happens if I don't claim my prize?

If a winner does not claim their prize by 23 May 2025, a redraw will take place on 30 May 2025 to select a new winner.
Is there a limit to the number of entries I can submit?

No, there is no maximum number of entries. Each qualifying purchase made during the promotional period will generate an automatic entry.
Can I exchange my prize for cash or other products?

No, prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products. Any attempt to sell or exchange the prize will result in its cancellation.
