Eligibility: The Musashi "WIN the Ultimate Performance Stack" Giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia, aged 16 and older, who sign up for the giveaway and stay subscribed to Musashi's mailing list throughout the promotional period.

Entry Period: The Promotion begins on 17th of October, and ends on 31st October 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM AEST on the closing date of the Promotion.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must sign up via Meta Ads form and remain subscribed throughout the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within 7 business days of the Promotion's end date.

Notification of Winner: The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 7 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within the timeframe, they forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
a. The winner's name may be announced in Musashi's email communications and social media once the prize has been accepted.
b. If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the notification attempt, if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner rejects the prize, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

Prize Delivery: The winner must provide the following details for prize delivery:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number (AU only)
- Delivery Address (Australia only)
- Flavours of the products - Please note once flavours are confirmed and prize is shipped, no changes to selected flavours can be made.
The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address within 7 business days of prize claim verification. Musashi will cover all shipping costs. The prize will be delivered in two separate shipments. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier. -
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Musashi to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Data Privacy: By entering the Promotion, participants agree that their personal information may be used by Musashi for the purpose of administering the Promotion and for future marketing purposes. Participant information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Promotion. Musashi complies with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.

General Conditions: Musashi reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Musashi's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Musashi and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability or damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

Consumer Guarantees: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
