Yes, the hydrolysed collagen in these bars is halal certified.

The capsule contains bovine gelatine, this is halal certified. The product (powder) inside the capsule contains no animal product. 

All of the protein powders are ‘formulated without gluten’ which means that there is no gluten in the raw materials that are used when making it and also the manufacturing lines are gluten free.

Because we don’t test the final product for gluten, we cannot guarantee that they are gluten free – however the chance of cross contamination with gluten is highly unlikely.

Most of our Musashi bars (except the protein wafer bars, the Protein + Energy, Shred & Burn Cookies & Cream & Crisp White Choc Cookies & Cream) are also formulated without gluten.

However, our bars that contain wafer are processed on the same manufacturing line, so there is a risk of cross contamination. If the bar contains gluten in the ingredients, it will be listed under the allergens.
