MUSASHI CREATINE is a highly researched and widely used sports supplement. CREATINE is a molecule produced in the body and is a dietary precursor of Phosphocreatine which releases energy. It can help to support energy production, enhance muscle strength, and increase lean body mass during high intensity exercise and resistance training. MUSASHI CREATINE 350G is micronised to ensure easy mixing.

Directions

Unflavoured:

600g Serve Size: 2 levelled metric teaspoons.
350g Serve Size: 5g level scoop (included) or 2 levelled metric teaspoons.

Adults: Add 5g to water, suitable juice or liquid, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Consume plenty of water throughout the day

When: Take 5g (2 levelled metric teaspoons) to 10g (4 levelled metric teaspoons) daily, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Berry Flavoured:

Adults: Add 6g (1 x included rounded scoop) to water, suitable juice or liquid, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Consume plenty of water throughout the day.

When: Take 6g (1 rounded scoop) to 12g (2 rounded scoops) a day, immediately before or after exercise, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if cap ring of seal under cap is broken or missing.
