Returns & Shipping

Returns:

For all customer returns of products, please contact customerservice@vitaco.com.au for instructions:

  1. If goods are surplus to requirements they are not returnable to the supplier and no credit will be given for any such return by the customer.
  2. The customer shall not return products without the suppliers’ prior written approval. If approval is given, products received must be in new and unused condition with undamaged packaging and be returned within the earliest delivery date.
  3. Short or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 2 business days from delivery of order to the supplier’s customer services staff. When reporting this, please quote packing slip or invoice number and advise condition of packaging on arrival.
  4. Any goods which show obvious manufacturing defects must be notified in writing to the supplier within 5 business days from receipt of the goods.
  5. Goods damaged (evidenced via photo or visit from the Supplier’s representative) in transit must be reported to the supplier within 2 business days of their receipt quoting packing slip or invoice number. Where it is identified that damage occurred after risk in the goods passed to the customer then the supplier accepts no responsibility for such claim.
  6. Any goods having a date by which they must be used which is not deemed short dated at date of dispatch by supplier will not be accepted back for credit or exchange for reasoning of short dating.

Australia & New Zealand Shipping Rates

  • $9.90 flat rate shipping for orders in Australia.
  • $15.00 flat rate shipping for orders in NZ. All NZ orders will be processed in $AUD.

  • We have accounts with Australia’s leading freight carriers including Australia Post, Star Track as well as other reputable courier companies.
  • 90% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours unless out of stock.
  • All items are covered by full transit insurance unless stated otherwise.

Tracking

  • Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied by Australia Post.
  • Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the carrier’s website.
  • You should expect your delivery within 5-7 business days of ordering pending location.
