The Science

THE SCIENCE MUSASHI WHEY ISOLATE is a premium muscle recovery formula designed to support post-exercise muscle recovery* in a low carb rapidly absorbed protein shake. Scientifically formulated with high-quality, low lactose whey protein isolate for optimised recovery*.
Directions

HOW - Add 30g (1 scoop) to 200mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved.

*Consume immediately.


DAILY - Can be added to water as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days.

BEFORE - Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise.
AFTER - Use within 30 minutes after resistance
training or sport.

Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
